OIL COAST JEWELRY

Oil Coast Jewelry is composed of students who design and make jewelry using oil extracted from tar balls found on beaches along the Gulf Coast.  Most of these students' families have been affected by the BP oil spill.  The funds they earn from the sales of this jewelry will be used to offset their educational expenses.

Each piece of jewelry is a unique piece of art of its own.  Be it as simple as droplets of oil or silver dolphins jumping from waves of oil, each piece reflects the thoughts and concerns of each student artist.

 

 

For the Month of May and June, you can purchase one piece on the ebay store and pickout another for free.
